Our current general terms and conditions
The organizer of the seminars is Alexandra Sigg, Systemic Coaching & Constellations, Scheffelstr. 39, 79199 Kirchzarten.

1. Registration modalities
1.1. We only accept registrations for our seminars in written form. Registration is possible via the PDF (sending via email or post) or online on the website. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. The organizer confirms the registration in writing. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the confirmation. With the registration confirmation, further information about the booked seminar and the seminar location will be sent. For the three-day seminars, participants must organize their own travel and accommodation. For the one-week seminars, the flight and all associated costs (e.g. VISA fees, etc.) must be paid for and organized by the participants themselves. Further costs to be paid by yourself and costs included in the seminar price are included in the respective seminar description.
1.2. If a registration or a selection (e.g. room category on the boat) cannot be taken into account within the registration, this will be communicated immediately. Seminar locations and times as well as the respective participation fees for the seminar depend on the available offer (in PDF or online on the website).
1.3. If there are no more free places available, you will be informed promptly, at the latest within 14 days of the organizer receiving your registration.
1.4. At the end of the seminar, participants receive a certificate of participation or completion.

2. Payment terms
2.1. The 30% deposit for the seminar is made when you register and send the registration form to the bank details listed on the form. The invoice will be issued after receipt and confirmation of the registration form. The remaining amount of 70% is due for payment eight weeks before the start of the seminar without further request from the organizer. If you register less than 8 weeks before the start of the seminar, 100% of the seminar fee is due immediately.
2.2. In the event of late payment, the organizer can exclude the participant from participation. If invoices have to be canceled or rewritten due to missing or incorrect information when registering (e.g. incorrect billing address), we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of €20.

3. Withdrawal and Termination
3.1. The participant can withdraw at any time and free of charge up to eight weeks before the first day of the seminar and will receive a refund of the participation fee already paid. If the withdrawal occurs within 60 calendar days before the first day of the seminar, the full participation fee will be charged. The date of receipt by the organizer is decisive. The cancellation must be communicated to the organizer in writing (also by fax or email). Participation fees already paid will not be refunded. We then recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance and seminar cancellation insurance, e.g. from https://secure.hmrv.de/web/ba/baEingabe.jsf;jsessionid=x9_QWwFz0YfQ6sYVeELzSIFXCwDf_xzzgqUnu9YA.w
3.2. If the participant cancels registration during the seminar, the full seminar fee will also be due. If the registered participant is unable to attend, it is possible to name a replacement participant up to one day before the start of the seminar.
A fee of 10 percent of the regular seminar price will be charged for rebooking to another participant. Multiple rebookings are not possible. You can also rebook the 3-day seminar up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar to another, e.g. later, seminar for a rebooking fee of €50.00.
A postponement of the 1-week seminar is only possible if the minimum number of participants for the seminar is not exceeded. After the seminar has started, it is no longer possible to rebook participants.

4. Failure of the event
If the event is canceled for reasons for which the organizer is not responsible (e.g. force majeure, illness of the seminar leader, etc.), the organizer is not liable for any resulting damage. Participation fees already paid will be refunded in full. Further liability and compensation claims are excluded.

5. Cancellation of the event
5.1. The organizer can cancel or postpone the event if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In the first case mentioned, cancellation will be made no later than 14 days before the start of the event. The minimum number of participants can be found in the respective seminar description on the Internet. If the organizer cancels or reschedules an event, the participant will not be charged any rebooking or cancellation costs. If a seminar date is postponed, you can withdraw from the contract free of charge. The declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing.
5.2. If an event is canceled or rebooked, the organizer assumes no liability for expenses (e.g. flight and hotel bookings) incurred by the participant before receipt of the invoice. Seminar fees already paid will be refunded in full. Further liability and compensation claims are excluded.

6. Rights and obligations of the organizer
The services to be provided by the organizer relate exclusively to the implementation of the seminars as described on the Internet. It is expressly emphasized that the organizer does not provide any services in connection with arrival and departure or accommodation or meals for the participant before or after the seminars. The organizer is entitled to exclude participants in special cases, e.g. B. in the event of late payment, disruption of the event or other offenses, from further participation. In these cases, the organizer is entitled to payment of the full participant fee.

7. The organizer reserves the right to make changes
We are entitled to make necessary content, methodological and organizational changes or deviations (e.g. due to legal changes) before or during the event, as long as these do not significantly change the benefit of the event for the participant. If necessary (e.g. illness, accident) we are entitled to replace the 2 planned speakers with other equally qualified people.
We are entitled to relocate the implementation of the seminars to another location if this is necessary to ensure implementation. We are trying to move this closer to the originally planned seminar location. The published timing and content can be changed by the organizer at any time, although the organizer ensures that the goals of the seminar are achieved.

8. Rights and obligations of the participant
The participant has acknowledged that his travel to and from the seminars is at his own expense and responsibility. The organizer assumes that all participants will arrive at the seminar on time and on time. If the participant is late, this means that the seminar content will not be repeated for them. We also hope for a careful, cooperative relationship with one another and commitment during the seminar.

9. Confidentiality Agreement
The participant undertakes to treat all information, facts and circumstances obtained during the seminar confidentially. This obligation remains even after the seminar has ended. In the event of a violation of the confidentiality agreement, the participant undertakes to pay a contractual penalty of 20,000 euros per violation. The right of the organizer and other third parties (e.g. other seminar participants) to assert unlimited claims for damages beyond this remains unaffected. This also refers to the fact that the participant list handed out and its passing on to third parties is strictly prohibited.

10. Data Protection
The name and address of the participants appear on a list of participants, which is part of the seminar documents. The participant can object to this publication. Every participant
The organizer treats the participants’ data confidentially and only uses it in accordance with data protection regulations. The inventory data transmitted by the participants (first name, last name, address, e-mail, etc.) is stored and used for administration purposes and – if necessary – passed on to the organizer’s commissioned service providers and cooperation partners. Further information on data protection can be found at https://avenida.de/?page_id=3

11. Copyright Protection
The teaching content represents the intellectual and sole property of the organizer or speaker. Image and sound recordings are not permitted and prohibited during the seminars and will lead to immediate exclusion from the seminar. It is prohibited to copy the teaching content or documents provided or to make them accessible to third parties without the permission of the organizer – not even in extracts – without our consent or approval.

12. Liability
12.1. In our seminars, content and exercises are designed so that an attentive participant can achieve the seminar goals. A specific seminar success is not owed. The application or implementation of learned content is always at your own risk and decision; liability for any consequential damage is excluded. The organizer is entitled to make changes for technical reasons such as the need for updates, further developments and/or other optimizations, provided they do not fundamentally change the core of the event or the event goal.
12.2. All actions, thought patterns and all other uses or recommendations of any kind carried out or recommended in the seminar are exclusively intended to provide assistance and do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric or other specialist medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy or support.
Many of the applications/exercises require mental and physical stability and health. This stability is also stated as a business condition by every participant in the registration conditions and is confirmed by registering for a seminar. The registration conditions are mandatory when the seminar participant registers, otherwise registration for the seminar cannot take place.

The participant will inform the organizer in writing of any current medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, as well as the existence of pregnancy. The organizer expressly points out that all methods and procedures presented on this website and used in the seminar to achieve mental and physical balance do not represent a promise of healing and, of course, no guarantee of success can be given, i.e. the organizer assumes no liability if the desired effect does not occur.
12.3. Participation in the seminars with all their elements and components is your own responsibility. The organizer is not liable for personal injury or damage to property (to its own or third-party property), injuries, emergency and medical repatriation, or the need for medical emergencies. By registering, the participant assures that he or she has international health insurance that offers sufficient protection for all eventualities.
12.4. The participant (or their legal representative) confirms that they have sufficient liability insurance. The organizer is only liable for intent and gross negligence. The aforementioned exclusion of liability also applies to slightly negligent breaches of duty by vicarious agents. The organizer is not liable for damage caused by third parties or vicarious agents. All claims for damages that are not based on intent or gross negligence, with the exception of bodily harm, are limited to twice the basic participation price (3-day seminar is the seminar price, 1 week seminar is the price for occupancy of the second bed room on the lower deck).

12.5. No liability is accepted for wardrobe changes or the loss of valuables during an on-site seminar.
The participant (or his legal representative) confirms that he has been informed in this regard by registering.
